Perfect Fit Guide

Sizing your Horse

Because equine sheets are sized by total body length inches, you must measure the horse directly to find the right number:

  1. Stand your horse squarely on level ground.
  2. Use a flexible measuring tape to measure from the center of the chest.
  3. Run the tape along the side of the horse to the point of the rump (the furthest point of the hindquarters).
  4. Keep the tape level and taut, but not tight.

How to Choose Your Size:

The final measurement in inches is the horse's blanket size. If your horse measures an odd number (like 75 inches), it is best to round up to the next even size (Size 76) so the sheet does not rub or restrict movement.
